Dr. Carmelina D'Arro will lead a course in Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as developed and taught at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Please register the class by September 12th. An orientation of the program is held on Thursday, September 15th,
from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The 8-week course starts on September 29th thru November 17th.
An One Day Retreat on Saturday November 5, 9am-4pm, is included in the 8-week program.
