New to Meditation Practice?
No experience is required to join our weekly meditation practice.
If you prefer to practice on your own prior coming to the group, you may go to the "Resources" page under "Guided Meditation Resources" and download the "Guided Meditation" in MP3 format to your computer or mobile device. Some recordings are provided by Mr. William McCracken, who has leading Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) groups for many years in locations of both Delaware and Maryland. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) uses a very gentle and skilled approach to helping people cultivate mindfulness in their lives.
We recommend that you explore our "Dharma Discussion" and "Resources" pages, containing discussion articles, Dharma talks, films, documentaries, etc.
