Join OHZS for “A mindful walk”, Saturday July 24, 2021, meeting at 9:15AM in the parking lot of Valley Garden Park, 500 Campbell Rd. Greenville, DE 19807 Following a short seated meditation on the garden wall, individuals will follow an approximate 1 mile route along paved paths and trimmed meadows all while practicing noble silence and the simple observation of the natural world. This walk will take place Rain (light) or Shine, so dress appropriately for the weather and don’t forget your bug spray and sun screen. At the conclusion, bring a folding chair and enjoy coffee and donuts with the Sangha before beginning the rest of your weekend.
